  Review title: Great villa in good location

  Booking this villa was easy and contact from the owners was frequent and they kept us up to date with any changes/upgrades that had been made since we booked. All information for arrival was sent by e-mail so I could access it at any time. On arrival, the villa had a welcome pack so we didnt require to go shopping as soon as we had got there- thought this was a nice touch. The villa was clean, the rooms were lovely and we had all the amenities we required in the kitchen. I liked the fact that the property was alarmed and there was also a safe for our valuables. There was also a phone and wi-fi. We had a problem with the phone but contacted the owners and it was sorted out the same day. They also phoned the day after we arrived to ensure everything was ok and as we expected which was good. The location of the property is in a quiet, gated community - not too far from all the theme parks and there is a shopping location about 2 minutes away for groceries etc. Overall, we had everything we needed, in a lovely location and we were really happy we had chosen this property for our 2 week vacation.

  Review title: Superb home and holiday

  Me and the family have just spent 10 great days at one of the best places I have stayed at, from the easy of booking, to the instructions when you get here and then the wow factor of opening the door to a great well kept up to date home, it has everything you ever want, I payed for the pool to be heated and it was worth every penny when the sun went down, you are 20 mins from all the parks and the security and quietness when you shut the door is delightful, the games room is a bonus and well kept, Jason and Donna thank you for a great place to see Florida

Hi Both!

Thanks for your mail- after we left the Retreat on friday we went to NY for the weekend so today is my first day back at work.

I did want to say thanks so much for providing such a fantastic 'home'. It really did feel homely and served our needs so so well. The kids loved the games room and in fact barely touched the TV or PS as they battled it out for supremacy on the Pool table- a major feat! We also used the gym facilities (though not enough judging by my waistline!) and all in all it was a great place to stay.

'The Retreat' is a perfect name for a real family villa, the property is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with the security of a gated community. The villa is inviting and very well presented,
the living area is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the theme park . Our sons especially enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage in every room. The kitchen is very well equipped for those nights you want to eat in .
The owners were fantastic , sending regular emails and calling when we arrived to ensure everything was as expected.
We immediately felt at home in this villa and give the owner's 10 out of 10 for their excellent personal service.

Hi Jason and Donna,

We had a wonderful time in Orlando and a fantastic stay in your villa. The villa itself was beautiful and lived up to the great pictures on your website. The rooms were well appointed and the heated pool was great treat after a long day at the parks/shops, the teenagers loved the games room! The location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants close by and the villa was set in a nice and quiet location but still had quick access to yet more shops and restaurants as well as Disney and a little further was I-Drive and Universal Studios. I cannot emphasise how thrilled we were with the villa itself, we honestly didn't want to leave and we would not hesitate to recommend your villa to our friends and we would be only too happy to return yourself.

Jason and Donna were a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. After a long flight we were greeted by a lovely welcome basket and phone call during the holiday to ensure everything was going smoothly. Stay at the Retreat at Westridge, you won't regret it!

Hi Jason & Donna,
We have stayed in Florida many times and this is probably the best villa we have stayed in. The villa is nice and clean and well organised, my teenage son particularly enjoyed the PS3, and the welcome pack was a nice surprise and much appreciated. The wine went down well!

My family and I had a great holiday at Westridge. Jason and Donna made everything so easy and with the attention to every detail. After a long day travelling from the UK it was lovely arriving at the villa with everything spot on. Easy , quick access to Orlando attractions but then great to return to chill after a long day out. Great restaurant recommendations from Jason (Manny's Chop House) led to great evenings out, we would definitely come again and recommend to friends and family.

The owners have gone to great lengths to provide a thoughtfully and carefully decorated villa that is spacious and achieves a modern and sophisticated feel. We found everything maintained to a very high standard and would happily return if visiting this region again in the future."

“We could not have been happier with our experience of staying at The Retreat at Westridge during our recent visit to Orlando.

From the initial contact by telephone with Jason he could not have been more helpful and was happy to answer any questions that we had both before and during our holiday. This included providing us with some recommendations for local restaurants to visit and other local knowledge which he was very happy to provide and proved to be very useful during our stay. The Villa is beautiful and was presented to a very high standard and the attention to detail was second to none. We were provided with a complimentary welcome pack which we were grateful for after our long day traveling from the UK and Jason even phoned us during our first morning in the villa to check that everything was OK. Nothing was too much trouble from beginning to end and we have no hesitation in recommending Jason & Donna and their beautiful Villa as a base for your Florida holiday.

What a wonderful property with everything you could need. Close to parks and grocery shop. We had the best time, made better because of sure a lovely place to return to after a busy Disney day. Pool was fantastic, area beautiful and safe...not sure which villa to choose? Look no more - this is the one!

We have just returned from the Harris's Retreat at Westridge. What wonderful villa. Very clean, spacious, fantastic pool and has everything you need. Close to all the theme parks and in a beautiful gated housing estate. We would highly recommend the villa to anyone.
