FAQ's
Q. Is the pool overlooked?
A. The sun drenched south facing pool is totally private with an outlook over a fenced conservation area.
Q. Do you have Wi-Fi
A. Yes we have free guest Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Q. When is the earliest I can check in?
A. 4:00pm. The villa will be in the process of cleaning and preparation prior to that.
Q. When do we have to check out.
A. 10:00am to allow plenty of time for a proper clean, ready for the next guests.
Q. How do we access the property upon arrival.
A. When you receive the welcome pack we will provide details required to access the key coded box containing the villa keys along with the security gate codes. This avoids having to go to the Management Company to collect the keys which can be tedious and causes unwanted running around after a long flight.
Q. Can I smoke in the villa?
A. The Villa and pool area are non smoking areas.
Q. Can I bring pets during our stay?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accomodate pets as may we have future guests who may struggle with allergies.
Q. Must I bring my own towels?
A. Both bathroom towels and pool towels are provided along with a large selection of bed linen. The beds will be made upon your arrival but if you wish to change the sheets during your stay then the washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use.
Q. Must I pay extra to use the BBQ?
A. We provide a gas Barbeque free of charge at The Retreat however you may need to fill up the gas tank which will be your responsibility.
Q. How much deposit is required to secure the Booking.
A. To secure the villa you will be required to Pay a Non Refundable £250.00/$400.00 deposit at the time of booking.
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit.
A. Yes, a security deposit of £250.00/$400.00 is paid along with your final balance
This will be refunded within 28 days of your departure. If Payment is via Credit Card then the security deposit will be £250.00 at the current days Exchange rate.
Q. When will the final Balance be due.
A. Your final balance will be due 8 weeks before your arrival.
Q. Do I get a confirmation once i have paid my deposit.
A. Yes once you have paid your deposit you will then receive a Reservation Confirmation by email to confirm the Booking.
Q. When will I receive the information regarding the home.
A. Once full Payment has been received you will then receive all the information you will require to locate and access the villa.
Q. Will we be given details of a Local management company.
A. Yes you will be given all the details of our management company including emergency numbers for 24hr call out.
Q. What happens if I book my villa but cannot get a flight?
A. It is most important that you ensure that your preferred method of travel is available before you reserve your accommodation you can do this by visiting our flights and car hire section.
Q. What If I need to cancel my reservation?
A. We understand that sometimes situations arise that prohibit people from travelling. If you need to cancel and are able to notify us over 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will be more than happy to apply your deposit to a future reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation and it is 59 days or less prior to arrival, this will forfeit your deposit.
